Gypsy Alexander, a native Tar Heel, settled in Atlantic Beach in 1970, working as a legal secretary in her husband's law practice, raising her children and beginning a real estate career. In 1981, a move to Ponte Vedra Beach led to a job with Stockton Realty Group as a salesperson, Sales Manager and subsequently, Marketing Director. She also spent 2 years in real estate advertising and 2 years as a Property Manager, then joined Ponte Vedra Club Realty in 1990. A Real Estate Broker since 1985, she devotes her time now to residential and investment sales in the area. She recently obtained her Loss Mitigation Certification to better help customers faced with foreclosures, short sales and the like. Traditionally a Top Producer, Gypsy sees the complete picture and goes the extra mile to satisfy her customers.
Respected in the community, she has served on the local and regional Realtor boards, was one of the founders of the Ponte Vedra Beach Chamber of Commerce and a past president; belongs to the Ponte Vedra Beach Sunset Rotary Club and Beaches Women's Partnership. At any given opportunity she may be found happily fishing the Intracoastal Waterway.
